Publishing group specialized in the professional food sector

Since 1980, we have been a publishing group specializing in the professional food sector: pastry, baked products, ice cream, cooking, restaurants, catering, and so on.
We currently publish three magazines, leading in their respective sectors: ‘dulcypas’, aimed at pastry professionals; ‘saber y sabor’, aimed at professionals of the haute cuisine; and ‘arte heladero’, aimed at professionals of the ice cream and horchata industry.
We also publish professional books, written by critically acclaimed authors, about pastry, ice cream, chocolate, baked products, and so on.
